This study aims to create a relevant and efficient Arabic language learning material design for 5th grade elementary school students with the help of Google Site technology. This R&D study uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the study indicate that 1) various urgent needs were found in Arabic language learning such as the use of technology and the ability to use it; 2) the design of tools and media for delivering material with Google Site technology; 3) Learning is designed with steps like dividing groups, materials and utilizing Google Site media; 4) the implementation of learning starts from the introduction, core and closing effectively and efficiently; 5) deficiencies were found in the design such as dependence on the internet, technical skills, lack of direct interaction and motivation.
