Abstract (10pt)
This research aims to develop learning tools, namely RPS in the Maharah Lughah field of the Arabic Language Education study program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This study's research and development procedure is the Successive Approximation Models 1 (SAM 1) development model introduced by Micheal W. Allen. The study results show that based on the needs analysis, several shortcomings were found in the RPS of the Maharah lughah course. The Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) in each RPS in the field of Maharah lughah have not been integrated. Based on the needs analysis, RPS in the field of Maharah lughah was designed and developed with an integrative approach. The results of this integrative RPS development research found that the Arabic language curriculum formulated partially or separately between one Maharah and another can be integrated by combining competencies and scope in the semester learning plan (RPS) formulated between teachers. In addition, in the context of learning Arabic in universities, Arabic learning can be made in stages by combining the scope of material thematically.
